It was so much fun to be back teaching my classes. Although, I do miss my student teacher it is great to be able to get back to teaching!
Today, we started with a "Prove this is a Right Angle Triangle!" Some students had forgotten how to do Pythagorean Theorem or (PT).
Next, we reviewed Solving Two Step Equations using the whiteboards. I took the whiteboards and had students critically decide which whiteboards had the correct answers.
Then, I had students complete a Post-It to Prove-It! They had to show all their work on the Post-It Note.
To conclude, they practiced, practiced, and practiced some more equations!
